How to log in

It is necessary, when first accessing the site, to register according to the ISO 18541 process in order to access technical information.

You must accept the contractual conditions for using the site in order to register.

The registration process for Repairers and Independent Operators first involves choosing a username and password and collecting personal information. Subsequently, an e-mail confirming the registration request will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Once the registration request has been confirmed, Stellantis personnel will check the eligibility of the request and provide approval or denial with justification, as required by ISO 18541. Only after confirmation will the user have full access to the portal.

For Euro 4 or earlier type-approved vehicles, access to the information on the site is conditional on the purchase of a subscription directly from the site using the Buy Subscriptions option of the Buy menu.

For Euro 5 and later type-approved vehicles, the access methods provided for Euro 4 and earlier are complemented by the possibility of free browsing to verify in advance that information needed to support the repairer is available.

Time-based subscriptions are available:

• 1 hour
• 1 day
• 1 week
• 1 month
• 1 year

Information can be accessed as soon as the subscription is activated. The duration of the subscription is associated solely with the type of subscription purchased, and is independent of the number of accesses made.
