In this section, you will find information on how to:
- Register your company and the users in the Stellantis RMI system.
- Manage user authorisations.
- Request the deletion of your user name.
To register an Independent Operator (Company), the Stellantis RMI system, you must have a VAT number and operate in the automotive repair sector (directly or indirectly). A Company can be registered only once, but can have multiple locations (physical address) and multiple users per location, managed as indicated in section 1.2. Register employees of an independent operator for use of the Stellantis RMI system.
While registering, you need to provide documentation (PDF files) that demonstrates that the business of your company is consistent with the chosen profile and that you are authorised to represent it. You must also provide your consent or refusal to use your data, as specified by current regulations, and indicate the type of activities performed by your company.
The Register IO for use of the Stellantis RMI system function requires the following steps:
To register an employee of an Independent Operator (Company) for the Stellantis RMI system, you must have first registered the Company, as indicated in section 1.1. Register IO for use of the Stellantis RMI system.
During registration, you must also provide your consent or refusal to use your data, as specified by current regulations, and select the type of activities you perform from among those available for your company.
The Register IO Employee for Use of the Stellantis RMI System function requires the following steps:
This function makes it possible to modify the data of an Independent Operator (Company) if it changes after registration.
Some data can be changed independently, whereas for other information it is necessary to make a request via the mailbox in the Stellantis RMI system.
The following information about the Legal Representative of the Company can be changed independently:
- e-mail address
- telephone number
- browse language
- alternative browse language (French, English, Italian, Spanish or German)
The Maintain IO Status function requires the following steps:
It is necessary to request the support of Stellantis to change the following Company data:
- VAT no.
- Company Name
- Billing address
- Type of Company activity
It is not possible to change the first name, surname, or date of birth of the Legal Representative of the Company, nor their secret questions and answers: it is necessary to create a new user and request to assign the role of Company Legal Representative to this user, proceeding as follows.
The Maintain IO Status function requires the following steps:
This function makes it possible to modify the data of an Independent Operator (user).
The password to access the Stellantis RMI system expires automatically every 60 days, but it can be changed before it expires.

The Request to Delete the Registration of an IO Employee function requires the following steps:
In this section you can log in, if you have registered already in the site.
The Login to Stellantis RMI System function requires the following steps:
The ISO 18541 standard states specific requirements for accessing safety-related information or SERMI (SEcurity RMI).
These functions are not implemented yet because the requirement definition process is still underway.
If you have already registered in the site, in this section you can purchase subscriptions for accessing the RMI. The methods are different based on the type of RMI to acquire:

The RMI for these brands are managed on the indicated TechAuthority portal, at the URL https://www.techauthority.com
Refer to this portal for detailed instructions on the Payment for RMI function.
The Payment for RMI function requires the following steps:
The diagnostic services with official Stellantis SW are managed on a separate portal, accessible with Single SignOn, that is without the need for additional registration and login.
Two methods are available, which require the use of different HW and require, as the first step, to register the HW in Stellantis systems, as indicated in section 6.3 Integrated diagnostics:
- With official Stellantis HW, in wiTECH IAM mode
- With PassThru HW, in wiTECH J2534 mode
The Payment for RMI function requires the following steps:
In connected vehicles, with voluntary and advanced compliance with regulation UNECE-115, there is an electronic module called Secure GateWay (SGW), which prevents write access in the vehicle.
The release of the wiring function is only possible using third-party tools that have implemented the Authenticated Diagnostics Access (ADA) function, which are listed in the related News.
The Payment for RMI function requires the following steps:
These types of RMI are available to users of the Stellantis RMI system without the need for any payment.
