Authenticated Diagnostic Packages
To use the "Authenticated Diagnostic Packages" it is necessary to connect to the respective SW provided by third-party retailers.
Stellantis ADA be accessed in two ways:
- Using Stellantis credentials, possibly managed directly by the third-party retailer in a fully transparent manner for the end user
- Using credentials managed by the third-party retailer, without any registration on the Stellantis portal
The choice of mode was defined by the third-party retailer: Stellantis provides a list of products in four groups below:
- Products that do not require Stellantis credentials
- Products supporting both modes
- Products requiring Stellantis credentials, managed by the retailer
- Products requiring Stellantis credentials, managed by the end user
Other manufacturers are developing similar products, which are expected to be available during the coming months, and all retailers are considering the described options.
