New credential management process

On March 11, the password expiration policy will be reinstated for users of Stellantis’ RMI portals: Technical Information (for FCA) and Public Service Box (for PSA).

This means that every 180 days, the password will naturally expire and must be mandatorily changed.

The new process first requires verification of the email associated with the user: starting 30 days before the expiration date, upon login you will be asked to confirm, or if needed modify, the email associated with your Nickname.

If you change your email, you will receive a message from noreply-ti@stellantis.com at the address provided. After confirming it, the email will be updated to allow proper password reset when it expires.

If instead you confirm your email, no changes will be made.

When the password expires, you will need to choose a new one following the usual criteria.

If the password change is due to forgetting it, you must at least know your Nickname.

A functionality for Nickname recovery will also be added: if you remember your access password and the email associated with the account, you will be able to retrieve it.

If you are not able to recover the missing credentials, you can request support: you will be contacted and, if you can prove that you are the account owner, you will receive the necessary information to regain access to the portal.

The STANDARDIZED NAVIGATION will be updated accordingly as soon as the new process is active.
