IO Registration without VAT number

Although there is no legal obligation to allow the registration of users without an intra‑Community VAT number, as of May 5th 2026, Stellantis has decided to grant this option to small companies which, although operating in the vehicle repair sector, do not hold a VAT number due to exemption rules in their country of operation.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide documentation (in PDF format) demonstrating that your Company’s business is consistent with the selected profile. You will also need to indicate the type of activities carried out by your Company.
